WARRANTY POLICY
2-Year Limited Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to manufacturing-related issues under normal use and proper installation.
What Is Covered
During the 2-year warranty period, the following are covered:
Manufacturing Defects – Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the product’s performance or structure.
Weatherproofing – Failures related to weather resistance under normal environmental conditions, given proper installation.
Powder Coat Finish – Peeling, cracking, or defects in the powder-coated finish caused by manufacturing issues under standard outdoor exposure.
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:

Include your order number, date of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
Claims will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
