Warranty policy

Every Lumeva product is covered by a 2-year unlimited warranty from the date of purchase. Coverage is generous — if it failed and isn't physical damage you caused, we'll replace it.

• LED failure (dim, dead, color drift)
• Driver failure
• Controller / bridge failure
• Powder-coat degradation (fade, chip, peel)
• Water ingress (we're IP67 — if water got in, it's our fault)
• Track corrosion under normal outdoor conditions
• Mounting hardware failure

• Physical damage from impact (hail, falling branches, ladders)
• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties (anyone other than you or a certified Lumeva installer)
• Damage from improper installation that didn't follow our guide — though our installer network is covered separately
• Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function (small scratches from installation, etc.)
• Acts of God beyond normal weather (hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning strikes)

1. Email warranty@lumevalighting.com with your order number and 2–3 photos showing the issue.
2. We respond within 24 hours, usually within 4. Sometimes we'll ask a quick troubleshooting question; sometimes we'll just approve the replacement.
3. Replacement ships within 48 hours of approval. You don't need to return the defective unit unless we ask.
4. For installer-network installs, we coordinate directly with the installer for re-install at no cost to you.

The warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners. If you sell your home, the warranty stays with the property — pass along your order number to the new owner.

After the warranty period, replacement parts are available at cost + shipping. Most components last well beyond the warranty period — powder coat is UV-stable for 10+ years, aluminum doesn't rust, and our LEDs are rated for 50,000+ hours.
