Shipping & returns

• Free shipping on orders over $500 (ground, continental US).
• Standard-color orders ship in 3–5 business days.
• Custom-painted orders ship in 5–7 business days.
• Expedited shipping (2–3 day) available at checkout for $48.
• White-glove install bundling available at checkout — includes booking with a certified installer.
• You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your order ships.

We ship to all 50 US states and DC. Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur additional carrier fees calculated at checkout. International shipping isn't available at this time — contact us if you need an international quote.

• 60-day returns on unopened products in original packaging.
• Custom-painted tracks are non-refundable but exchangeable for a 15% restocking fee.
• We pay return shipping for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping.

1. Email returns@lumevalighting.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Package the item securely in original packaging and drop off at any carrier location.
4. Refunds post within 5 business days of receipt, to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email hello@lumevalighting.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement within 48 hours at no cost.

You can change or cancel an order any time before it ships. Once a custom-painted order enters production (typically within 24 hours), we can't cancel — but you can still refuse delivery and return per the policy above.
