By accessing or using lumevalighting.com or any Lumeva product or service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with it.
• You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage Lumeva or any third party.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure if you create an account.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Sale prices apply only to orders placed during the sale period.
• Custom-painted tracks are made to order and may have different fulfillment and return terms — noted at point of purchase.

Shipping and return policies are detailed on the Shipping & Returns page. Those terms are incorporated by reference.

Hardware is covered by a 2-year unlimited warranty as described on the Warranty Policy page. Warranty claims must be submitted within the coverage window.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumeva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

All content, designs, code, photography, and trademarks on the site are owned by Lumeva Lighting. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

We may revise these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
